4. Google API Data & Limited Use Disclosure

Soke uses the YouTube Data API to access public channel and video metadata (such as video titles, descriptions, tags, view counts, and channel statistics) when you connect your YouTube channel. This data is used solely to provide content optimization recommendations within Soke.

Data sharing: Soke does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, except:

• As necessary to provide and improve the service (e.g., processing data on our servers to generate recommendations).
• If required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified before your data is transferred.

Soke's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Soke's access to your Google data at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting your YouTube channel in your Soke account settings.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Soke does not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — we share data with trusted third-party providers solely to operate and improve Soke, including Stripe (payment processing), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.

• Safety & rights — we may disclose data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Soke, our users, or the public.
