1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soke("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including API consumers and dashboard users.

2. Account Registration

To use Soke, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

All Soke plans require a paid subscription. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be charged automatically via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

• Creator — $15/month, 500 API credits, 10 requests/minute.
• Pro — $39/month, 2,000 API credits, 30 requests/minute.
• Scale — $99/month, 10,000 API credits, 60 requests/minute.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the Soke API is subject to the rate limits and monthly credit allowances of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or rejected requests. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API in any way.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Soke to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share your API key or account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Resell access to the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Soke and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xerence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service for optimization. We do not claim ownership of your input or output content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that optimization suggestions will produce specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soke and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Soke after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
